摘要
高校群体性事件是高校敏感问题之一,做好群体性事件的预防和处理工作是高校维稳重中之重。高校群体性事件需"预防为主",应加强人性化管理、学生的宿舍管理和网络虚拟空间监控。群体性事件发生后应明确责任人、提早介入、合理干预参与人、疏散围观学生并做好后续工作,防止复发。
The group incidents in colleges are sensitive events. The prevention and treatment of college group in- cidents is a very important task in colleges. Prevention should be emphasized in the work. Meanwhile, human management, dormitory management and network management should be strengthened. After the group incident, measures should be taken to prevent the repeated happening, such as making sure of the people in responsibility, intervening in advance, reasonable intervening to the participants, and dispersing the onlookers, etc.
