企业成长是企业的生命,企业成长原理包括企业的成长基础、成长过程、成长方式与成长逻辑等理论内容。通过探讨湖南华天集团为个案,解读企业成长原理对现代营利性企业的理论指导价值,研究表明现代实体企业的发展与健康成长所收获的实践经验进一步丰富和发展了古典企业成长理论。

Growth is the life of enterprises, which includes growing base, growing process , growing mode and growing logic and so on. This paper, taking Hunan Huatian group as a case, tries to explain the theoretical guide value of enterprise growth priciples on modem profitable enterprises. The study shows that the practical experiences achieved in the developmend and healthy growth of modem business entities further enrich and develop classical enterprise growth theories.
