汉正街地区产业发展要围绕武汉建设国家中心城市这一宏伟蓝图进行规划,以高端服务业作为产业发展方向,以金融业、商业、旅游观光及文化产业、会展及国际采购业作为发展重点,打造服务中部的世界级滨江中央服务区。完善汉正街地区产业功能布局,打造绿色生态环境;采取灵活多样的开发模式,加大项目融资力度;提升汉正街地区管理级别,提高管理和决策效率;强化政府产业政策指导,鼓励企业创新发展。

The district industry development of Hanzheng Street mainly focuses on the project of con- structing Wuhan into a national central city by taking top service industry as its developing direction and by taking financial industry, commerce, tourism, cultural industry, exhibition and international purchasing industry as its developing priorities so as to construct a central riverside service district of the world level in the central China. The green ecological environment should be created by improving the function arrangement of the district industries. Project financing should be reinforced by adopting various flexible developing modes. The district management level should be raised by improving its management and decision-making efficiency. And innovating development of the enterprises should be encouraged by strengthening government＇s industrial policy guidance.
