我国自由竞争办学体制中的人文诉求——基于教育政策与法规双轨视角下的考察

Humanistic Appeal of Free School-Running Competition in China——Investigation Based on the Duel Perspective of Education Policies and Regulations

随着我国改革开放的进一步深入,我国的市场经济体制建设取得了举世瞩目的成绩,脱胎于资本主义母腹中的自由竞争的办学体制也在我国迅速发展起来。而在此种体制下的教育由于我国办学、教学主体功利主义价值观的影响却存在较为严重的人文缺失。本文拟从教育政策与法规双轨视角下探讨我国自由竞争的办学体制中人文诉求的路径。

With the further development of reform and opening up in China, the construction of market economy system of our country has obtained great achievement that attracts the worldwide attention. The free school-running competition born out of the capitalist also develops rapidly in our country. However, the lack of humanity teaching is more serious in the system of education because of the influence of the utilitarian values in our country. This paper is intended to explore the route of humanistic pursuit of education system of free school-running competition in China from the duel perspective of education policies and regulations.
