摘要 学分制尊重和促进学生个性发展,有利于因材施教,培养复合型人才。学分制已成为高校管理的主要模式,但在实际执行中,学分制下的管理也不可避免地出现些问题。本文具体分析学分制下高校管理所面临的主要问题,并对实施弹性学分制提出相关对策。 The credit system to respect and promote the development of students' personality is helpful for teaching students according to their aptitude, and to cultivate interdisciplinary talents. As the credit system has become the main mode of university management, it is the inevitable trend of university management reform in China to comprehensively promote the credit system. But in its actual implementation appeared inevitably some problems. This paper analyses the main problems facing university management and puts forward relevant countermeasures for the implementation of flexible credit system.
