贵州省普通示范性高中数学新课程改革实施现状调查研究——以遵义四中为例

摘要 教师是新课程改革的执行者和主要推进者,教师的教育理念,教学行为,对学生的评价方式直接影响着课改的进程。通过调查研究表明,我省示范性高中的数学师资力量达到要求,但是知识老化和储备不足导致部分教师不能完全适应课改的要求;普遍接受过不同层次的课改培训,新课程理念基本掌握,但是贯彻的力度有待加强;教师的教学方法和学生的学习方式还有待进一步转变;评价单一的现状还没有得到根本改变。 Teachers are the implementers and promoters of new course reform, and their teaching concept, teaching behavior and the appraisal approaches to students have a direct influence upon the course of this reform. And this kind of investigation shows that the math teachers in model senior schools are qualified; however, the out-of-date knowledge and insufficient knowledge of math cause some math teachers not meet the requirements of the new course reform. Besides, thought these teachers accepted certain training about new course reform at various levels and master the basic concept of new course reform, the implementation of the reform should be further streng- thened, teachers' teaching method and students' study way should be further changed and the monotonous appraisal way has not been changed radically.
