摘要
运用问卷调查法,对绥化地区特殊教育教师的职业倦怠现状进行探析,采用spss13.0统计方法分析性别、任教时间、职称、学历等因素对职业倦怠的影响程度,得出结论为:提高特教教师社会地位,促进特教教师专业化成长,以及关注特教教师的心理健康等可以缓解和预防特教教师职业倦怠。
In the study, questionnaire method is adopted to explore teachers' job burnout in the special education of Suihua district. Tackle and analyze the influencing factors on teachers' job burnout by spssl3.0, such as sex, teaching experience, academic title and educational experience. Some countermeasures to allevi ate or prevent teachers' job burnout on this basis are analyzed: raise the social status of special education teachers; accelerate the specialization of special education teachers and pay close attention to their psychologi cal health.
