The Ideological and Political Education and Higher Vocational Students' Employability

当前,如何培养具有较强就业竞争力的高职人才已经成为高职教育的讨论热点,在此情况下,利用现有高校思想政治教育优势提升高职学生就业力就显得尤为重要。文章分析了高职学生就业力的内涵和构成,给出了思想政治教育提升高职学生就业力的理论依据,并在此基础上提出了思想政治教育提升高职学生就业力的途径与方法。

At present, how to cultivate talents with strong employment competitiveness has become the focus of discussion of higher vocational education; in this case, using the existing ideological and political education advantages to improve employment ability of higher vocational students is particularly important. The article analyzes the meaning and the structure of employment ability of higher vocational students,gives the theoretical basis for improving employment ability of Higher Vocational Students＇ Ideological and political education,and puts forward the ways and methods of political education to promote the employment ability of Higher Vocational Students＇ thought.
