国内护生职业防护研究现状

Research status of occupational protection of nursing students in China

[目的]通过文献调查分析,了解国内护生职业防护研究现状。[方法]通过中文科技期刊全文数据库(维普数字资源库),计算机结合手工检索1989年—2012年所有与护生职业防护有关的文献并进行分析。[结果]1989年—2012年中文科技期刊全文数据库中,符合纳入标准的文献共计316篇。护生职业防护类文献数量与年度间的线性关系有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护生职业防护研究越越来越受到重视,但是文献总量不够理想;文献研究内容全面,涉及护生职业环境危险因素研究、护生职业防护知信行及防护意识研究和护生职业防护相关对策与干预措施研究3个方面。文献比例为4.68%,37.66%,57.66%,关于护生职业环境危险因素研究不足;针对护生暴露于不同的职业环境危险因素研究中,事故性伤害研究居首,占66.37%,物理性伤害和心理社会等伤害研究尚不足,分别占0.88%,5.31%。[结论]国内对护生的职业防护研究越来越重视,但仍存在不足,需进一步加强。

Objective： To know about the research status of occupational protection of nursing students in China through literature survey. Methods：Chinese Science and Technology Academic Journal （Weipu digital re-pository） and computer combines manual search were used to search and analyze all nursing students occupational protection - related literatures from 1989 to 2012. Results：In 1989 to 2012 Chinese full- text database of scientific and technical journals,total 316 literatures met the inclusion criteria. There was statistically significant in nursing students occupational protection class literature number and year linear relationship（P〈0.01）. Occupational protection of nursing students was paid more and more atten- tion, but the total amount of literatures was not ideal; literature content was comprehensive, involving in occupational and environmental risk fac- tors of nursing students, nursing students occupational protection KAP and protection consciousness studies, and nursing students＇occupational protec- tion related countermeasures and intervention studies. Literature ratio was 4.68 %, 37.66 %, 57.66 %, the study on the nursing students % occupational and environmental risk factors was lack; in different studies on nursing students occupational exposure to environmental risk factors, accidental in- jury research topped, accounting for 66.37 %, physical injury and psycholog- ical and social research were still inadequate,and which accounted for 0. 88% and 5.31%. Conclusion： Domestic occupationa1 protection of nursing students was paid more and more attention, but is still insufficient,need to be fur- ther strengthened.
