摘要
在水冷金属型离心铸造中,必须向金属型(管模)内加入硅钡粉,又称管模粉,其粒度为0-0.1mm,含钡的质量分数在4%~12%左右,含钙的质量分数为1%,有些厂家用1%的铝替代钙,其加入量一般按管模的内表面积、浇注管子重量来确定,在管模内表面出现龟裂严重或管体出现气孔情况下,可以适当增加管模粉的加入量。文章研究、设计和实现了一种能够实现及时调节管模粉加入量系统。该装置由变频器、变频电机通过减速机、联轴器连接铰龙,通过调节操作台上的精密电位器改变电机转速,以达到及时调节管模粉加入量。
In the water-cooled metal mold centrifugal casting ,metal type must (pipe mold) added silicon barium powder, also known as pipe mold powder ,the particle size of 0-0.1mm, a barium-containing mass fraction of about 4%-12%, mass fraction of calciuml% ,and some manufacturers replaced with 1% of aluminum ,calcium added in an amount generally within the surface area of the pipe mold, pouring tube to determine the weight ,of the tube mold surface cracks appear serious or tube appears pores cases can be appropriately increased the amount of added pipe mold powder. This paper studies the design and implementation of a regulation can be achieved in a timely manner pipe mold power dosage system . The device consists of inverter, inverter motor through reducer, coupling connection auger, by adjusting the operating table precision potentiometer to change the motor speed in order to promptly adjust the pipe mold powder dosage.
