The village collective economy is the economic foundation of the new rural construction and it is also the material basis for rural production. Thus, developing village collective economy is an inevitable choice for the new rural construction.At the same time, the development of village collective economy can strengthen the party＇s ruling foundation and accelerate the pace of achieving well-off.This paper mainly analyzed development approaches for village collective economy for the new rural construction.
