王水提金工艺在峪耳崖黄金公司的应用实践

指出了峪耳崖黄金公司在王水提金工艺中存在的一些问题,如金液还原不彻底造成金的流失,尾液槽设计、布炭有待完善,粉炭处理不当造成流失,用不锈钢盘焙烧金纸浆造成浪费,重选金精矿难以溶解、提纯等。针对这些问题,阐述了生产过程中应强化的技术环节。通过对金还原、炭吸附、氧化焙烧等几项技术环节上的改造,不仅降低了工人劳动强度,改善了作业环境,而且提高了金选冶回收率,取得了较好的经济效益。

The paper points out several problems existing in the process of gold extraction by aqua regia in Yuerya gold mining company, such as gold loss resulted from incompletely reduced pregnant gold solution, remnant solution tank and carbon layout ready for better arrangement, gold loss due to improper treatment of powdered carbon, waste caused by using stainless plate to roast gold paste, and gravity concentrates that are difficult to resolve and purify. And based on these problems, procedures that should be enhanced during the process are stated. Through technical modifi- cations in gold reduction, carbon adsorption, oxidation roasting and so on, labour intensity is reduced, working environ- ment is improved and gold recovery rate is increased, achieving good economical benefits.
