黄金冶炼废水综合处理工艺研究及应用

Research and application of comprehensive treatment process of gold smelting wastewater

针对紫金矿业集团股份有限公司黄金冶炼废水的综合处理工艺进行了研究,其试验结果表明,采用分流分质、物化法与膜法相结合的工艺处理黄金冶炼废水,既可实现废水达标处理的目的,又可综合回收废水中的金和铜,并取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。该处理工艺具有一定的推广意义和应用前景。

Research on comprehensive treatment of gold smelting wastewater is carried out in gold smeltery of Zi- jin mining group Co., Ltd. The results show that after the gold smelting wastewater was treated by the process combined with wastewater diffluent-segregated method, physicoehemical method and membrane separation, it not only makes wastewater achieve the standard, but also comprehensively recovers gold and copper. The process has good economic and environmental benefits and great prospects for promotion and application.
