竹箨剥除对毛竹竹笋及幼竹高生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决观赏竹培育中的高度控制问题,以毛竹为例,分别对10 cm高的竹笋从基部开始和200 cm高的竹笋从130 cm处进行竹箨剥除,研究不同时间竹箨剥除对竹笋及幼竹高生长的影响。经3 a试验表明:2个时间节点均能不同程度地抑制毛竹高生长,其中10 cm高的竹笋从基部开始竹箨剥除的效果较好,与对照比较,竹笋日均高生长量下降了53.71%;新竹的节间长度缩短了25.3%;节的数量增加了37.5%;立竹枝下高降低了38.3%、全竹高降低了26.7%,均达到了极显著差异(P<0.01)。竹箨剥除对毛竹竹笋及幼竹高生长有明显的影响,可以缩短节间距离、控制植株高度,达到立竹矮化的目的。 Stripping sheath on the base of 10 cm high shoots and the 130 cm height of 200 cm high shoots, respectively, was con- ducted to solve controlling the height growth of ornamental bamboo, on Phyllostachys edulis. By studying the effect of sheath stripping at different time on the height growth of bamboo shoot and young bamboo the stripping sheath at two time points can inhibit the growth of bamboo in a certain extent. Compared with the control bamboos, the average height growth of bamboo shoots by stripping sheath on the base of 10 cm high shoots decreased by 53.71% , the internode length of new bamboos was shortened by 25.3% , and the number of internode increased by 37.5%. The under-branch height decreased by 38.3% , and the whole height also decreased by 26.7%. Single factor analysis of variance demonstrated that P-value of under-branch height, whole height and the DBH (shripped sheath/ck) were all less than 0.01. Therefore, the stripping sheath can control the height growth of bamboo.
