摘要 设计并制作了一种新的光程可调光谱电化学池,该电解池比通常的光谱电化学池有下列优点:(1)组装简单,(2)可用于薄层和半无限扩散研究,(3)溶液未补偿电阻小,(4)清洗和除氧方便,(5)光程测量方便,(6)对水溶液和有机溶液均适用,电解池以铂网为工作电极,分别用循环伏安(CV);循环电位吸收(CVA)和稳态电位阶跃,测定了光谱响应和电化学响应。测定试剂在水溶液中为K_3Fe(CN)_6/K_4Fe(CN)_6,在DMSO溶液中为Co(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅱ)TPP。 A new spectroelectrochemical cell with adjustable optical path length has been designed and constructed. This design has the following advantages over conventional spectroelectrochemical cells (1) simplicity of fabrication) (2) application in either a thin-layer or semiinfinite linear diffusion configuration) (3) small uncompensated solution resistance; (4) ease of washing cell and exclusing oxygen) (5) simplicity of measurement of optical path length) (6) available for aqueous and nonaqueous solvents. The optical and electrochemical responses with Pt minigrid as the working electrode using ferric/ferrocyanide in aqueous and Co(Ⅱ)/Co(Ⅲ) TPP in DMSO solution as the test species were evaluated by using cyclic voltammetry, cyclic voltabsorptometry and steady-state potential step measurements.
