螺旋管内气液两相流动阻力特性实验 被引量:6

摘要 以空气和水为工质,对螺旋管内气液两相流动阻力特性进行了实验研究,得到了不同工况条件下螺旋管内阻力数据,分析了质量流量及干度对管内阻力的影响,采用回归分析法建立了螺旋管内摩擦阻力系数关系式,确立了摩擦阻力与相关物理量的函数关系,在此基础上建立了螺旋管内气液两相流动摩擦阻力的计算公式,并用未参加回归分析的实验数据验证了该阻力计算公式。结果表明,螺旋管内气液两相流摩擦阻力随干度的增加呈线性增加,随质量流量的增加呈指数增加,所建立的管内摩擦阻力计算公式的计算值与实验值吻合得较好。 The resistance characteristics of air-water flow in spiral pipe were studied experimentally. The influences of mass flow rate and mass quality on pressure drop were analyzed. The empirical formula of the pressure drop was built up based on the method of dimensional analysis and the linear regression with experimental data tested at different conditions. The results showed that the pressure drop increased with the increase of gas-liquid mass flow rate and mass quality. The calculated value of the empirical formula was in good agreement with the experimental data and the formula was accurate enough to calculate the pressure drop of gas-liquid two-phase flow in spiral pipe.
