摘要
分析了省内发电企业各种补结算的复杂情况,提出了补结算与月度结算分开、还原法补结算的新方法,并提出了一套完整的解决思路,包括分析补结算类型、构建还原环境、修正还原环境和还原法补结算,来解决各种类型的补结算和反复补结算的问题,满足结算进度精准跟踪分析的需求。同时给出了该方法的设计流程和算例。目前该方法已成功应用于省级电力市场,并能够满足用户的结算需求。
The complexity of various complementary settlements for provincial power plants is analyzed. Then a new method of complementary settlement based on the original environment and the separation of complementary settlement from monthly settlement is proposed. A complete set of solution ideas, including analysis of the types of complementary settlement, construction of the original environment, revision of the original environment and complementary settlement based on original environment, is presented to solve the proMem of various and repeated complement settlements, while meeting the demand for accurate tracking analysis of the settlement completion progress. The design flow chart of this method and a case study are given. This method is being successfully applied to the provincial electricity market and is capable of satisfying the settlement demand.
