摘要
在教育全球化进程中,高校教师从事的工作变得更为多元和复杂,涉及教学、科研、服务等多个领域。因此,基于多源评价法评价高校教师的绩效就变得更为重要。采用文献研究法分别从学生、校内外同行、教师本人、系主任、评价委员会等多个评价主体对国外高校教师绩效评价进行研究,梳理和归纳不同评价主体在高校教师绩效评价过程中的内容特征,可以对我国高校教师绩效评价得出一些启示。
With educational globalization,responsibilities of a faculty have expanded with diversity and complexity,involving teaching,research,service and various other fields. Therefore,the importance of evaluating faculty performance with multi-source has increased. The study on different roles of students,internal and external peers,raters, heads and committees in faculty performance in foreign countries based on literature review,organizing and summarizing content and characteristics of faculty performance evaluation process from different raters, can provide some reference for evaluating faculty performance in China from the perspective of management.
