教师效能决定教师的教学行为和教学效果,影响学生的学习动机和学习成绩。美国教师效能理论的研究经历了不同的发展阶段,它被广泛地运用于学校改革领域、教师教学领域、教师专业化发展领域等,这也充分体现了教师效能理论在美国运用的广泛性、创新性和协调性特征。
Teacher efficacy decides teaching behavior and effect,influencing the students' learning motivation and results. American teacher efficacy theory has passed several different stages of development,and it has given full play to its important role in the fields of American school reform, teachers' teaching, and teachers' professional development. It also fully reflects the universality,innovation and coordination characteristics of the application of teacher efficacy theory in the United States.
