摘要
20世纪50年代以来,在欧洲一体化进程的影响下,欧盟各国在高等教育改革中的问题逐渐凸显。作为欧洲实施高等教育改革的重大举措——"博洛尼亚进程"的改革内容涉及学位体系、质量评估等多个议题。荷兰是欧洲较早实行高等教育质量评估的国家之一,质量评估经历了从政府控制到政府监督的转变过程,这也带来了教学质量评估过程的变化。通过两所研究型大学和应用型大学在评估机构、评估内容、评估过程及评估结果中的异同比较分析,能帮助我们更好地理解这一变化过程。
In the 1950s,the problems in higher education reform of European countries gradually highlighted with the impact of the European integration process. As the major initiatives of European higher education reform, the Bologna Process reform, related to degree system and quality assessment and other issues. The Netherlands is an earher country to implement higher quality assessment in Europe which has experienced the transformation from government control to government supervision.
