摘要
以产业经济学、技术创新理论等学科为理论基础 ,应用比较分析方法、动态分析方法、系统分析等 ,研究住宅产业化实施的步骤 ,估计住宅产业化的发展进程 ,描述住宅产业发展水平的指标 。
Based on the industrial economics theories and the technology innovation theories, this paper studies the steps of housing industrialization, forecasts its development tendency, describes the development level index system and evaluates the development level through an analysis of comparative, dynamic and systematic methods.
