Ca-A/K通道在缺氧缺血性脑损伤中的作用

摘要 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)是围产期窒息缺氧导致的缺氧缺血性脑损伤(hypoxic—ischemic brain damage,HIBD),是新生儿期死亡和致残的最主要原因。缺氧缺血导致的脑损伤涉及到氧自由基、细胞内钙超载、谷氨酸(Glu)兴奋毒性作用、炎症作用、细胞凋亡及自噬等多种机制,其中以Glu受体介导的兴奋性神经毒性尤为重要。
