摘要
采用喷射式固体粒子冲蚀磨损试验机,对具有代表性的ZGCr13SiMo铸钢、Cr20白口铸铁、Cr26白口铸铁3种耐磨工程材料进行了固体粒子冲蚀磨损性能研究。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射研究了材料的微观组织结构和冲蚀磨损形貌,探讨了材料的冲蚀磨损机理。研究发现ZGCr13SiMo铸钢、Cr20白口铸铁和Cr26白口铸铁的磨损最大的冲蚀角都在45°左右。3种材料的抗冲蚀磨损性能按优劣排序为Cr26白口铸铁、Cr20白口铸铁、ZGCr13SiMo铸钢。
Solid particle erosion wear resistance of ZGCr13 SiMo cast steel, Cr20 and Cr26 white cast irons were investigated. Microstructure and erosive wear morphology of the materials were observed and analyzed with optical microscope, SEM and XRD. The results show that the maximum erosion wear loss erosion angle of ZGCrl3SiMoSiMo cast steel, Cr20 and Cr26 white cast irons is all about 45°. Among the three materials, the erosion wear resistance of Cr26 white cast iron is the best, the next is Cr20, and the last is ZGCrl3SiMo.
