摘要
针对气体动压轴承中使用的箔片,采用GH145高温合金和QBe2.0铍青铜两种材料,重点研究了固溶处理、时效处理工艺技术路线,通过试验确定了箔片热处理的固溶温度及保温时间、时效温度及保温时间和冷却介质等工艺参数,并对热处理后的箔片进行承载能力和变形量的测量。结果表明,两种材料在经过适当的热处理后,均能达到弹性要求,满足气体动压轴承的质量要求。
The solution and aging treatment of GH145 superalloy and QBe2.0 beryllium bronze foils used in aerodynamic bearing were investigated. The process parameters including solubilizing temperature and holding time, aging temperature and time and cooling medium were determined thought experiment. Load capacity and deformation of the foils after heat treatment were also measured. The resuhs show that the elastic performance of both material foils after proper heat treatment can reach relevant standards and meet the property requirements of aerodynamic bearing.
