摘要
在pH6.8的磷酸盐介质中,铜(Ⅱ)—乙酰丙酮络合物在单扫示波极谱上于-0.28V(vs.SCE)产生灵敏吸附波,铜的检测限为1×10^(-8)mol/L,常见离子不干扰铜的测定。
A sensitive adsorptive wave of copper with E_p=-0.28V (vs,SCE) has been obtained by using single-sweep polarography in phosphate buffer solution (pH=6.8) containing 0.03mol/L acetylacetone.The detection limit is 1×10^(-3) mol/L, common ions do not inter fere with the determination of copper. The mechanism of the electrode process is based on the reduction of Cu (Ⅱ) in the copper acetylacetone complex adsorbed on the electrode surface. This method has been applied to the determination of trace copper in alloy magnesium, hair and waste water.
