危重病性多发性神经病与肌病研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 危重病性神经肌肉疾病是用于描述重症监护室（ICU）中周围神经、肌肉或神经肌肉接头损伤的疾病，又称为ICU获得性神经肌肉病，主要包括危重病性多发性神经病（CIP）及危重病性肌病（CIM）。CIP由Bolton等于1984年首先提出并描述；CIM由MacFarlane和Rosenthal于1977年首先提出并描述。两者共同的临床表现包括肌肉无力、脱机困难及腱反射减退或消失，
