摘要
双二极管模型是表述光伏电池等效电路模型中最为精确的模型,但因其参数过多而极难求解,求解速度也过慢。对双二极管光伏电池模型的优化设计可以提高光伏模型的准确性、提高求解速度,为光伏系统研究提供有力依据。基于双二极管光伏模型,做出符合实际情况的简化与修正,得到了具有极佳准确度的光伏计算模型。在Matlab/Simulink平台中建立了模型的计算模块,通过对比实验表明,设计模型的输出曲线与实验曲线能很好地吻合,同时克服了传统模型在最大功率点及开路电压点出现较大偏差的缺点。
The two-diode model is the most accurate description model of the photovohaic (PV) cell equivalent circuit model. However, because of too many parameters need to be solved, the solution speed is too slow. The opti- mized design of the two-diode PV cell model can improve the accuracy and the solution speed of the PV model, and it can provide a strong basis for photovoltaic system study. A PV model based on the two-diode PV model with rea- sonable simplification and revision was established in this article and the calculation module was established under Matlab/Simulink platform. Comparative experiments show that the model has excellent accuracy. At the same time, it overcomes the shortcomings of other models that the deviation of the maximum power point and the open circuit voltage is too large.
