小型流化床锅炉燃烧系统机理建模研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过分析流化床锅炉燃烧系统的特点,将燃烧系统划分为三个独立的子系统——物料循环系统,床温系统,烟风系统,依据动量、质量、能量三大守恒定律,建立三个子系统满足机理特性的计算公式,并对公式做适度简化,使之能够满足实时运算的要求,并增加关键参数的修正系数,建立其模块化的机理模型,最后通过仿真运行数据验证,上述机理模型能够正确反映流化床锅炉主要参数的变化趋势。 In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of the combustion system in the fluidized bed boiler, the combustion system has been divied into three independent subsystems, recycle materials system, bed temperature sys- tem, and flue gas system, by means of momentum conservation, mass conservation and energy conservation. The for- mulas of three subsystems have been found which meet the mechanism characteristics. Then the formulas have been moderately simplified to make sure that they can meet the requirements of real-time computing, increase the correc- tion factor of the key parameters, and get the mechanism mode] under the rule of modular. At last, the simulation da- ta show that tile models can reflect the correct trends o~ important parameters in fluidized bed.
