摘要
为了适应我国发展清洁煤燃烧技术的要求,循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统的优化控制方法已成为全行业研究的热点问题,其燃烧系统的建模和控制问题也一直是学术研究的重点。循环流化床燃烧系统建模包括数值建模和机理建模,它们涉及到多燃烧过程中气固两种流态下的理解和描述,而已存在的机理模型过于复杂不适用于现场控制系统的设计和优化。本文基于实际机组的运行数据,围绕循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统的特性,通过神经网络辨识的方法来建立床温模型,从而达到预测的目的。
In order to adapt to the requirement of the development of clean coal combustion technology in China, optimal control method of Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion System has become a hot issue across the industry. Also, the problems of combustion system modeling and control have been the focus of academic research. There are two methods of modeling about the Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion System, which include the numerical model- ing and the ruechanism modeling. They involve the understanding and description of two kinds of flow pattern which are gas and solid. But the existing mechanism modeling is too complex to apply to the design and optimization of the practical control system. Based on the running data of actual unit, bed temperature model is established on neural network identification which is focused on the characteristics of the Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion System to a- chieve the purpose of the forecast.
