摘要
卧式容器作为一种常规化工设备,为了在保证强度的基础上进行优化设计,其结构布置的合理性就显得尤为重要。文献[1]和文献[2]重点针对卧式容器结构强度计算、制造检验验收和鞍座型式做了相关说明,而并未说明如何布置更加合理。该文通过鞍座位置、加强圈和鞍座等对容器受力影响进行分析,总结了合理设计卧式容器的要领,以期为今后的设计工作合理性提供一定的依据。
As a kind of routine chemical equipment, to do optimum design at the base of strength, it is especially important for horizontal vessel how to do the configuration layout. assuring the It is mainly stated for the strength calculation, fabrication, testing, inspection, and saddle support type in the document [ 1 ] & [ 2 ], but it is not stated how to do the configuration layout. Through the analysis for the stress effect of the horizontal vessel, we summarize the design essentials of the rationality analysis, and can provide some help to do the design rationality in the future.
