摘要
应用红外热像仪对不同吸附气体条件下煤体瓦斯解吸过程温度变化进行了实验测量。实验结果表明,煤体对瓦斯的解吸过程是吸热过程,伴随有温度的变化,煤体解吸瓦斯的同时对外吸收热量,从而使煤体的温度下降;煤体吸附的气体不同,解吸过程中由于气体膨胀吸热以及解吸吸热造成的煤体温度下降幅度也不同。煤体吸附不同瓦斯气体时解吸造成的温度下降幅度大小顺序依次为CO2>CH4>N2。对不同吸附气体条件下煤体瓦斯解吸过程温度变化曲线进行了拟合,其温度变化曲线符合指数函数。
With infrared thermal imager, temperature variation in the process of coal gas desorption under different adsorbed gas was an- alyzed. The research result showed that the desorption process, with the change of the temperature, was an endothermic process. The coal absorbed heat when the gas was desorpted and it decreased the temperature of coal. The decrease ranges of coal body temperature caused by gas expansion and heat and endothermic desorption were different in gas desorption process. According to the size of the tem- perature decreased range, the order was CO2 〉 CH4 〉 N2. The temperature variation curves in the prosess of coal gas desorption under different gas were fitted, it met the exponential function.
