摘要
为了底板上向穿层钻孔施工安全和增强被保护层卸压瓦斯抽采效果,依据上保护层回采过程中被保护层具有严重突出危险时穿层钻孔施工及瓦斯抽采现状,以祁东煤矿保护层开采为例,通过矿山压力、弹性力学理论和FLAC3D数值模拟软件对上保护层回采时被保护煤层上向穿层钻孔的合理布孔位置和施工时间进行了研究。结果表明:被保护9#煤穿层钻孔在滞后保护层工作面平面距离16~26 m处施工最合理、最安全。
To guarantee the drilling construction safety of floor and enhance the effect of relieved gas drainage in protected seam, based on the status of drilling eonstruction and gas drainage of that the protective layer is in serious outburst danger during the mining process of the upper protective layer, taking Qidong Mine protective layer mining as an example, by using the rock pressure and elastie mechanics theory and combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the reasonable drilling hole protected seam position and construction time are studied during the upper protective mining. The results show that the most reasonable and safety position of drilling hole in coal seam of protected No. 9 coal is at the place that the delay plane distance is from the protected coal 16 to 26 m.
