摘要 目的创建一个能够适合基因表达谱数据的批量统计分析软件,实现单因素重复测量方差分析的批量处理。方法使用数据库管理软件Visual foxpro,开发包含数据转换、数据字典、数据统计分析以及数据结果汇总等模块,以达到基因表达谱数据单因素重复测量方差分析需求。结果利用本软件对miRNA时间序列表达谱进行分析,结果表明本软件适用于重复测量样本的基因表达谱数据的规模化分析。结论本软件优于传统统计软件的优势是可以批量完成单因素重复测量方差分析,特别适合基因表达谱数据特异基因表达的筛选。 Objective For the purpose of batch data processing of one factor repeated measures anova, we developed an application software that can be used to analyze the gene expression profile data. Methods Using database management software Visual foxpro, we developed the software including data conversion module, data dictionary, data statistical analysis and data summary module. These functions can achieve the one factor repeated measures anova of gene expression profile data. Results Appicaition of this software for time series miRNA expression profiling analysis indicated that the software was suitable for large-scale analysis of gene expression data. Conclusion New software has more advantages than the traditional statistical software. It can finish batch analysis on one factor repeated measures anova, especially screening specific gene expression in gene expression profile data.
