阿托伐他汀在百草枯中毒致肺纤维化中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 百草枯中毒在导致肺问质纤维化早期,血清中基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其制剂(T|MPs)合成分泌增加以及其比值失调、转化生长因子(TGF—β1)大量产生、p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)通路的激活在导致肺纤维化形成过程中发挥重要作用。阿托伐他汀因其强效的降脂作用而广泛用于临床,近十年来他汀类药物的抗炎、抗纤维化、抑制细胞外基质聚集及促进其分解等降脂外作用已成为国内外研究的热点。本文将对阿托伐他汀在肺纤维化中的作用作一综述。
