摘要
在潭石酸-NaOH(pH=9)底液中,用银基汞膜电极作工作电极,以底液中的溶解氧作氧化剂,Cu^(2+)、pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Zn^(2+)分别能产生灵敏的溶出峰。峰电流对浓度的线性范围依次为0.2~2800ng/ml、0.1~3400ng/ml、0.05~1400ng/ml、0.2~6100ng/ml。往上述底液中再加入适量的对氨基苯磺酸,Mn^(2+)亦可产生灵敏的电位溶出峰,线性范围为0.5~4800ng/ml。
In tartaric acid-NaOH (pH=9) solution with dissolved oxygen as oxidizer, Cu(Ⅱ), Pb(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ), and Zn(Ⅱ) can produce a sensitive potentiometric stripping peaks. The analytical ranges are 0.2~2800ng/ml of Cu, 0.1~3400ng/ml of Pb, 0.05~1400ng/ml of Cd and 0.2~6100ng/ml of Zn. Adding a proper amount of p-aminobenzenesulfonie acid, Mn(Ⅱ) can also produce a sensitive potentiometric stripping peak. The analytical range is 0.5~4800 ng/ml.
