本文用高效液相色谱法测定了软性饮料中的咖啡因含量。流动相为甲醇水溶液,内标物为苯甲醇。检测范围为0～0.15mg/ml,最低检测限为0.02mg/ml。

The method for the determination of coffeine in beverage by high-performance liquid chromatography is studied. The mobile phase is methand (35%) aqueous solution, the internal standard is benzyl alcohol. The range of determination is 0～0.15mg/ml.
