摘要
文中叙述了塞曼石墨炉原子吸收直接测定灵芝提取物,参茸王浆和矿泉水中的锗,采用钯基体改进剂,使锗的灰化温度提高到1400℃,消除基体干扰,明显改进灵敏度,准确度和精密度(1.2~6%)好,方法简单,快速和准确,并且优于其它各方法。
A method was developed for direct determination of Ge in the extractions of Gollssy Ganoderma, Ginseng Antler Royal Jelly and mineral water by Zeeman graphite AAS with Pd as a matrix modifier. The ashing temperature of Ge can be raised up to 1400 with significant improvement of sensitivity to remove matrix interferents. The relative standard deviation is 1.2~6%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and get an advantege over than the other methods.
