和胃方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Granules for Stomach in Harmony on Chronic Superficial Gastritis

目的:观察和胃颗粒治疗浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为两组,治疗组予和胃方中药颗粒口服,对照组予单纯西药疗法。结果:临床疗效方面,治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为78.33%;13C尿素呼气试验转阴率,治疗组为92.50%,对照组73.33%;胃镜恢复情况方面,治疗组总有效率为91.25%,对照组为71.67%;两组比较均有差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论 :和胃方中药颗粒治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效优于西医疗法。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Granules for Stomach in Harmony on chronic superficial gastritis. Methods： The cases were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given to Granules for Stomach in Harmony, and control group were given to simple western medicine. Results： On the clinical curative effect, the total effective rate was 95% in treatment group, and 78.33% in control group. On C breath test nega- tive rate was 92.50% in the treatment group, and 73.33% in control group. On gastroscope recovery, the total effective rate was 90% in treatment group, and 71.67% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Granules for Stomach in Harmony is better than western medicine in trea- ting chronic superficial gastritis.
