摘要
高校科研团队是国家科技创新的重要组成部分。本文在界定高校科研团队内涵的基础上,分析了科研团队人际信任、知识共享、知识整合与创新绩效之间的关系,并构建理论模型,以苏沪皖等地12所重点高校的45个科研团队为样本,运用结构方程模型对其进行实证检验。研究结果显示:高校科研团队人际信任对知识共享和创新绩效都有显著的正向影响,而对知识整合的影响不显著;知识共享对知识整合与创新绩效都有显著的正向影响;知识整合对创新绩效具有显著的正向影响;知识共享与整合在人际信任与创新绩效之间起着中介作用。最后,提出营造团队信任的人际关系氛围等提升团队创新绩效的对策建议。
Research team of university is the important actor of science and technology innovation in our country.On the basis of defining the connotation of scientific research team in university,the paper analyzes the relationship between interper-sonal trust in the research teams,knowledge sharing,knowledge integration and innovation performance and builds a theoretical model,with the sample of 45 research teams in 12 Universities in Jiangsu,Shanghai and Anhui,using structural equation models for empirical testing.Research results show that interpersonal trust in scientific research teams in university has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing and innovation performance,its impact on knowledge integration is not significant,knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on knowledge integration and innovation performance,knowledge integration has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,knowledge-sharing and integration plays an intermediary role between interpersonal trust and innovation performance.Finally,this paper proposes the strategies of creating the interpersonal trust atmosphere etc,to promote team innovation performance.
