应用陶对陶人工全髋置换术27例早期疗效和临床体会

摘要 目的:探讨应用陶对陶全髋关节假体行关节置换术治疗髋关节疾患的早期临床疗效及应用体会,指导临床合理规范应用该技术。方法:对27例(30髋)陶对陶全髋关节置换术后患者进行随访,应用Harris评分以评估髋关节功能,记录术后并发症等情况。结果:所有患者均获得随访,平均随访时间30(7~36)个月,30髋的 Harris髋关节评分平均从术前47(33~52)分到术后3年的86(57~97)分,最后一次随访时为95(62~100)分,2例患者术后轻微疼痛,无严重疼痛的发生。结论:陶对陶人工全髋关节置换术早期疗效令人满意。 Objective: To discuss early clinical efficacy and experience of ceramic-ceramic whole hip prosthesis for trea- ting hip joint disease so as to provide a guide for application of the technology. Methods. 27 patients (30 hips) treated with ceramic ceramic whole hip replacement surgery were followed up, including 20 cases of femoral head necrosis, 4 cases of hip arthritis, 1 case of congenital hip dysplasia and 2 cases of traumatic osteoarthritis. All patients were evaluated by Harris hip score after surgery to assess the function and postoperative complications. Results.All patients were fol- lowed up well with an average follow-up of 30 months (7~36 months), the averaged Harris hip score increased from preoperative 47(33~52) points to postoperative 86(57~97) points after 3 years. Conclusion:The early clinical efficacy of ceramic-ceramic whole hip arthroplasty is satisfactory and for treating hip joint and further study is needed for longterm research.
