摘要
针对涡轴发动机结构尺寸小、转速高的特点,提出了一种适用于涡轴发动机角接触球轴承轴向力测量的方法,主要介绍了弹性环的设计、贴片制作、标定以及轴向力测量系统配置等,最后给出了应用实例。
Aiming at the small size and high rotating speed of turboshaft engine,a method is proposed for measuring axial load of angular contact ball bearings in turboshaft engine.The design of the elastic ring,paster manufacturing,calibration and configuration of axial load measuring system are mainly introduced.Finally,the application example and conclusions are given.
