摘要 通过阶梯轴简化模型和曲轴单拐模型的对比,并将阶梯轴简化模型上得到的收敛性准则用于曲轴单拐模型上,得到了具有较好收敛性和稳定性的曲轴有限元模型。对该模型过渡圆角区域应力分布进行分析,提出了用一阶傅里叶级数和低阶多项式来拟合圆角区域各方向的应力分布的方法,得到了较好的效果,应力分布表达式和由有限元计算得到的数据具有很好的相关性。 By comparing the simplified model for stepped shaft with the model for a single crank of crankshaft,and applying the convergence criteria of the simplified model for stepped shaft to the model for single crank,a crankshaft FE model with good convergency and stability is built.Based on an analysis on the stress distribution in the fillet region of that model,a method is proposed of using first-order Fourier series and low-order polynomials to fit the stress distribution of fillet region along different directions with good results and strong correlation between stress distribution expression and the data of FE calculation.
