摘要
目的观察病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患者血清可溶性B7-H4(sB7-H4)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法 VMC患者46例(VMC组),健康志愿献血者50例(对照组),采用ELISA法检测两组血清sB7-H4、IFN-γ水平,并分析VMC组两项指标的相关性。结果 VMC组急性期B7-H4、IFN-γ水平分别为(43.41±3.58)μg/L、(1 673.47±493.66)ng/L,迁延期分别为(35.72±3.26)μg/L、(1283.51±441.53)ng/L,对照组分别为(33.23±2.56)μg/L、(1156.35±346.35)ng/L,VMC组急性期血清sB7-H4和IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(P均<0.05);VMC组血清sB7-H4和IFN-γ水平呈正相关(r=0.353,P=0.006)。结论 VMC患者sB7-H4、IFN-γ水平升高,sB7-H4表达下调可能参与了VMC的发病。
Objective To observe the expression changes in levels of serum soluble B7-H4 (sB7-H4) and interferonγ (IFN-γ) in patients with viral myocarditis (VMC).Methods Expression of sB7-H4 and IFN-γ in 46 patients with VMC (VMC group) and 50 healthy controls (control group) was detected by ELISA.The correlation between sB7-H4 and IFN-γwas analyzed.Results The levels of sB7-H4 and IFN-γ in the acute phase of VMC group were respectively (43.41 ± 3.58) μg/L and (1 673.47 ± 493.66) ng/L,in the delayed phase were respectively (35.72 ± 3.26) μg/L and (1283.51 ± 441.53) ng/L,while they were (33.23 ±2.56) μg/L and (1156.35 ± 346.35) ng/L in the control group.The sB7-H4 and IFN-γlevels of acute phase were higher in the VMC group than those of the control group (all P < 0.05) ; and in the VMC group,the sB7-H4 level was positively correlated with IFN-γ level (r =0.353,P =0.006).Conclusion The expression of sB7-H4 and IFN-γ increases in patients with VMC,and the down-regulation of sB7-H4 expression may be involved in the pathogenesis of VMC.
