非骨水泥型全涂层矩形柄假体置换术治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 观察非骨水泥型全涂层矩形柄假体置换术治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法 对17例老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者行非骨水泥型全涂层矩形柄假体置换治疗.结果 手术时间为52 ~ 88min,术中出血120~650 mL.随访期间2例死于内科疾病.至末次随访时无1例出现脱位、假体松动现象.末次随访时髋关节功能评分平均87.6分,优良率为80.00%.结论 非骨水泥型全涂层矩形柄假体置换术治疗老年不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折手术时间短,出血量少,疗效良好.
