摘要
采用高效液相色谱法分析甲酯化植物油基烟嘧磺隆·乙草胺混配制剂,使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈、水和乙酸为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量。烟嘧磺隆、乙草胺标准差分别为0.031 1、0.042 1,变异系数分别为0.31%、0.11%,平均回收率分别为99.83%、99.81%。
An HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of a methylated seed oil-based synergistic mixture of nicosulfuron · acetochlor using an C18 column with a variable wavelength UV detector,and a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water,and an external standard.Standard deviations,coefficients of variation,and average recovery were 0.0311,0.31％,and 99.83 ％ for nicosulfuron,and 0.0421,0.11％,and 99.81％ for acetochlor,respectively.
