Sense of Belonging and Librarian Professionalism

文章运用文化心理学原理,讨论了归属感与图书馆职业精神的关联,认为图书馆职业精神是一种没有外力约束和干扰的人的心灵世界的信念归属,一种崇高而伟大的事业归属,一种弘阔而广博的人文归属;进一步分析了图书馆职业精神缺失的主要原因是归属感的缺失,又阐发了归属感对于图书馆职业精神建设的重要意义。

Principles of cultural psychology were used to discuss the relation between sense of belonging and librarian professionalism, and the conclusion is that the latter is a belief in the mind which is not disturbed or constrained by external forces, a sense of belonging to great and noble job and to grand humane cause. The absence of sense of belonging is the main reason the of the absence of professionalism. The significance of the sense of belonging to the professionalism in librarians is elaborated.
