抗血小板在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的应用现状 被引量：10

摘要 20世纪90年代，几个临床研究显示并证实了阿司匹林在卒中预防中的有效性。随后在不同人群使用不同剂量、不同种类抗血小板药物的临床试验不断完成，正是这些临床试验数据催生了最近出版关于缺血性卒中患者的名床治疗指南。最常用的抗血小板药物是阿司匹林、氯吡格雷和双嘧达莫缓释剂。
