L-选择素和异粘蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测L-选择素和异粘蛋白(MTDH)在胃癌组织中的表达情况,探讨两者相互关系以及在胃癌的发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法同步检测90例胃癌组织及55例癌旁正常组织中的L-选择素和MTDH的表达情况,分析两者与分化程度、淋巴转移的关系以及在胃癌组织中表达的相关性。结果 (1)胃癌组织L-选择素和MTDH的阳性表达率分别为63.3%和70.0%,均高于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)L-选择素和MTDH在胃癌组织的表达与胃癌的分化程度相关(P<0.01);(3)L-选择素和MTDH的表达水平与淋巴转移有关(P<0.01);(4)L-选择素和MTDH在胃癌中的表达呈正相关关系(r s=0.511,P<0.01)。结论 L-选择素和MTDH在胃癌组织中呈过表达,且与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴转移相关,两者在胃癌组织的表达呈正相关,它们与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关,可能是胃癌早期诊断和抗转移治疗的新标记物,可为评估恶性肿瘤的转移潜能和患者预后提供理论依据。
