摘要
本文从理论与实践上介绍了液体脉冲光声信号产生的物理基础及光声检测的基本原理,液体光声池与传感器的设计及其特点。并介绍了液体光声光谱法在痕量分析、弱吸收测定、双光子吸收、泛音吸收光谱、高压液相色谱及生物领域中的应用,附有参考文献42篇。
Recently photoacoustic spectroscopy (PAS) has emerged as a useful tool for studying optical absorption of weak absorbance meterials. Liquid PAS has been described both theoretically and experimentally in this paper. The physical basis of pulsed direct PA generation, fundamentals of PA detection in liquid, the designs and characteristics of the cell and transducers for liquid PAS detection are presented. Some liquid PAS applications to trace analysis, weak absorbance detection, two-photon absorbance, overtone absorbance spectroscopy, high-performance liquid chroma tography and its applications in biology are dicussed with 42 references.
