摘要
本文研究了直接光谱法测定氧化铽中11种微量非稀土元素(Mn、Sn、Sb、Bi、B、V、Co、Ni、Cr、Pb、Zn)。比较了15种载体对杂质元素谱线强度的影响,最后选定NaCl为载体。应用正交设计确定最佳摄谱条件。样品在Ar和O_2控制气氛中直接电弧激发。不同杂质元素测定的最低浓度为1~5ppm,此法可同于测定99.9~99.997%高纯氧化铽中非稀土元素。
A direct emission spectrographic method for determination of the trace non-rare earth elements(Mn, Sn, Sb, Bi, B, V, Co, Ni, Cr, Pband Zn) in terbium oxide has been developed. Orthogonal design was applied for the optimization of excitation conditions. NaCl and In were used as carrier and as internal standard respectively. The samples were excited in D. C. arc under controlled atmosphere of Ar and O_2. The lowest concentrations of determination for different elements range from 1 to 5 ppm.
